Product Manager, Testing

Job Description

Role Overview:You will be responsible for contributing to test strategy activities, developing test plans, designing end-to-end test cases, and supporting integrated testing for complex platform development programs in the Global Wealth Management sector at UBS. Your role will involve executing testing across Wealth Management products, business functions, and platforms while identifying and tracking defects to ensure applications meet the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to test strategy activities to build robust test plans aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements- Partner with stakeholders to develop test scenarios and test scripts- Assess integration/functional testing readiness with the product and technology teams- Execute testing across Wealth Management products, business functions, and platforms leveraging best practices- Identify and track defects utilizing industry and company standards- Provide input and documentation to track progress and assist with the resolution of testing issues- Support the optimization of manual testing processes by automating test cases, increasing speed, and accuracy of regression testingQualifications Required:- Ideally at least 5 years of experience in large-scale business and technical testing within financial services or equivalent in a consulting firm supporting financial services- Proven communication and stakeholder management skills, including status reporting and hosting working sessions- Test management experience using Waterfall, Agile, or Scrum methodology- Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, QTP, and BDD frameworks to optimize testing and expedite time to market- Experience with large platform implementations requiring the execution of front to back test cases across multiple systemsAbout UBS:UBS is the worlds largest and only truly global wealth manager operating through four business divisions: Global Wealth Management, Personal & Corporate Banking, Asset Management, and the Investment Bank.
