Job Description

    As a Project Manager at Red Hat Customer Engagement & Experience (CEE) team in Pune, India, you will be part of a global team that enables Red Hat Customer Support and Customer Service to deliver exceptional experiences. The PMOs portfolio includes Support operations, Knowledge Management, Support readiness, data science and reporting, and AI incubation serving Red Hats customer population worldwide.**Key Responsibilities:**- Handle project requirements, scope, and change management issues- Guide project planning, scheduling, risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting activities for on-time project completion within budget- Collaborate with associates at all levels to ensure project success- Assist in project proposals, SOWs, estimates, and schedules- Establish success criteria for projects and consult data scientists for appropriate measurements- Utilize industry-specific technical delivery methodologies like PMI and PMP**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field- 8-10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in leadership or project management- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow- Strong understanding of technical support workflows and AI enabled support- Results-driven with attention to detail and ability to see interdependencies- Experience in process improvements and effective collaboration- Good balance of business and technical expertise- Ability to communicate project management value propositionRed Hat is a global leader in enterprise open source software solutions, promoting transparency, collaboration, and inclusion.
