Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be joining a rapidly growing team that supports India in managing various IT Infra End-user, Datacentre operations, and refresh projects/programs. As a Senior Service Manager, you will be responsible for all services delivered to our Contractual and Professional Services customers. Your role will involve providing leadership and management to ensure that Services, Sales, and Delivery are aligned and focused on achieving the right customer outcomes. You will also be tasked with cultivating and owning key stakeholder relationships with customers, identifying growth opportunities, and driving growth in the services delivered by understanding customer objectives and converting them into opportunities for Computacenter.Key Responsibilities:- Be accountable for all services delivered to Contractual and Professional Services customers.- Provide leadership and management of the customer team to ensure alignment and focus on customer outcomes.- Cultivate and own key stakeholder relationships with customers and identify growth opportunities.- Drive growth in the Contractual and Professional Services delivered.- Report to your customer and ensure required customer outputs are achieved.- Lead a small team and interface with Internal Service Providers if required.- Manage services improvement plan and its delivery.- Ensure contractual obligations are met and manage Contractual Risk Register.- Deliver agreed Contractual Services and Professional Services baseline performance, driving improvement in commercial performance.Qualifications Required:- Passion for Service Delivery and exploring capabilities.- Experience in Service Management and Project Management.- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to drive growth in services and convert customer objectives into opportunities.- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
