Job Description

As a Product Manager at VOIS India, you will have the opportunity to develop and champion a product vision, product strategy, and product roadmap for products in the supply chain space. Your responsibilities will include:- Presenting and clearly articulating the product strategy to company leadership- Coaching, guiding, and mentoring a high-performing team of product managers to build supply chain products that solve complex problems- Working with multiple functions across several geographical regions to build and evaluate business cases and cost-benefit cases to support product investment decisions- Partnering with business teams, engineering functions, and third-party product teams to build innovative solutions for the next generation of problems in the supply chain space- Building and owning scalable products and platforms that are multi-tenant and can be leveraged across geographies and business units- Promoting product strategies and vision to senior leadership and other stakeholders- Driving Go-to-Market strategies to ensure adoption- Leveraging data to make more informed product decisions and influencing the prioritization and design of complex solutionsQualified candidates for this role should have the following skills and experience:- Extensive knowledge in the supply chain management area with a good understanding of procurement and retail processes- Technical and functional experience in SAP as ERP SCM integration with Master Data, single materials, GLs, cost objects, etc., through MDG SAP module- Experience as a product owner/manager with proven capability in leading teams- Experience in running large transformation projects/programs- Strategic business acumen to develop, evaluate, and implement proposed business cases- Concepts of First Principle, MVP, Whole Product, and Crossing the Chasm- Previous experience in building data-led optimization solutions is an added advantage- Effective communicator to act as an advisor to senior leadership and partners- Flexibility and adaptability in ambiguous environments- Management consulting experience along with strong, quick learning decision-making skillsAt VOIS, we are committed to being an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
