Job Description

    Role Overview:As a subject matter expert, your main responsibility will be to provide support to the team in developing bespoke and targeted sourcing plans. You will play a crucial role in ensuring insights-driven solutions to recruitment challenges. Using data and insights, you will drive confidence in recruitment strategies, set expectations, and challenge any barriers that may arise. Additionally, you will be the first point of contact for escalations, supporting the team and partnering with Recruiters to ensure quick and robust resolutions. Your collaboration with the CST team will be essential in delivering a seamless AMS experience to both Hiring Managers and candidates. Furthermore, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and advising your team to enhance its technical and strategic capabilities. Your guidance will be instrumental in ensuring the teams understanding and application of effective recruitment techniques and innovative tools.Key Responsibilities:- Providing support to the team in developing bespoke and targeted sourcing plans- Using data and insights to drive confidence in recruitment strategies- Being the first point of contact for escalations and ensuring quick resolutions- Partnering with the CST team to deliver a seamless AMS experience- Training, coaching, and advising the team to enhance technical and strategic capabilitiesQualifications Required:- Minimum of 9 years of work experience in the BFSI domain- Willingness to work in APAC and EMEA shifts- Comfortable working from the office 5 days a week- Experience in managing people, creating development plans, and conducting talent reviews- Deep expertise in proactive sourcing techniques and strategies- Demonstrable passion for coaching and developing people- Ability to retain and utilize information and insights to influence decision-making- Exposure to ATS tools and proficiency in Excel for data maintenance- Demonstrated tenacity, zeal for learning, adaptability, and a passion for driving excellence Role Overview:As a subject matter expert, your main responsibility will be to provide support to the team in developing bespoke and targeted sourcing plans.
