Job Description

    • ERP Data Entry, updation and management with respect to material movement.
    • Reaching sales targets and increasing profits by timely packing and dispatching of goods.
    • Dealing with customer GIVING dispatch details. Logistics service issues such as queries and complaints (the customer isnt alwaysright, but most of the time they are)
    • Overseeing stock control and receiving orders (get that wrong and youve got an empty shop)
    • Monthly Stock Taking report
    Arranging timely delivery of RM and tooling and manpower from respective sources for timely production and dispatches
    • Review and revise orientation to products and get sales training materials, learning needs and developing and implementing new product training from the technical staff.
    • Purchases inventory by researching emerging products; anticipating buyer interest; negotiating volume price breaks; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt.
    • Helps Sales and purchase dept. by providing information; answering questions; obtaining merchandise requested; completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery.
    • Prepares sales and supplies reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information; identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
    • Maintains a safe and clean SCM environment by developing and publishing evacuation routes; determining and documenting locations of potentially dangerous materials and chemicals.
    • Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels; anticipating customer demand.
    • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing all informations regarding procurement, dispatches and logistics.
    • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed through proper preparation of MIS reports and implementing improvement plans.
    • Will be responsible for the material kept in SCM and will be required to take utmost care and skill for safe keeping the same and will have to reimburse the losses monetarily on upon finding that, the SCM in-charge is responsible for the losses incurred.
    • Safe keeping of instruments like personally allotted computer, phones, accessories, samples boxes etc.
    • MIS reports periodically and as required by the immediate supervisor and Finance and admin dept.
