Strategy and Transformation Delivery - 90231053Primary Location : IN-Maharashtra-PuneJob Type : Permanent/RegularDescriptionJob Title: Strategy and Transformation DeliveryLocation: PuneTo drive the modern DevOps-based operating model for BI Run the Bank with investments in well instrumented apps and automation. As part of the Good Bank model, define the processes and standards for onboarding, technology and tools for instrumentation and the uplift of the skillset of the function. In addition to driving the new model, partner with Technologists to set up CoEs for Application platform across all of Technology to transform, standardize and simplify the diverse Technology. Focus on adoption of Cloud, DevOps pipeline and big data technologies. Identify and drive cost reductions by automation, standardisation, industrialisation and optimisation of RTB services.What will you be doingAccountable and responsible for delivery of BI RTB strategy and transformation projects to drive a consistent, automated and cost-effective RTB operating modelDefine, develop & embed RTB strategy. Design and execute against the agreed strategy, provide input into & drive improvements across all elements of strategy.The role holder will need to build strong relationships with stakeholders and must demonstrate a high level of understanding and sensitivity, whilst being able to influence, challenge, inspire and work collaboratively towards a common goal in a demanding environment.Key RTB representative and advocate at various governance/executive forums, collaborating/ challenging stakeholders in line with RTB agendaSenior leader, representing the strategic direction of BI RTB,where the leadership team will support the role holder and enable authority and mandate to develop and shape the RTB strategic direction.Develop breadth and depth of understanding of Barclays group goals, direction and strategy which effectively link to RTB strategy.What were looking for:Proven IT experience; deep understanding and implementation of IT business strategies; Knowledge of Infrastructure technologies and platforms, experience with driving adoption to these platforms.Strong level of proficiency and proven track record in project delivery, ROI analysis, business case development, strategic planning.A strong understanding of business strategies along with experience of working at a strategic level in the organisation.Strong level of proficiency in planning, problem solving, able to resolve issues of a highly complex and strategic nature.Can position IT operations within main technology trends in the marketplace and can anticipate likely technology issues at all project stages.Skills that will help you in the role:Strong level of proficiency in planning, change management and problem solving, able to resolve issues of a highly complex and strategic nature involving areas within and outside of BI RTB.A strong understanding of business strategies along with experience of working at a strategic level in the organisation.Proven RTB transformation experience: relevant, size, scale, scope, maturity of organisationWhere will you be workingPune*Barclays recently announced the creation of a new world-class campus at Gera Commerzone located in Kharadi.
