Bentley Systems is looking for a talented Senior Software Quality Analyst to join SYNCHRO Construction team and help ensure quality of SYNCHRO portfolio products.As part of the team, you will participate in end-to-end development process from concept to feature implementation. You will work to ensure we are implementing features that meet user needs and expectations.Responsibilities:Plan, deploy and manage the testing effort for any given engagementImprove testing process by following Agile methodologyUnderstand and analyze product requirementsIdentify critical workflows and gaps in requirementsDevelop testing guidelines and perform testingAssist in driving integration to the SYNCHRO portfolio and allow ensure consistent user experienceMentor team members and share knowledgeStrive for excellence constantly to deliver quality productCompose and expand automated functional and non-functional testsExperience and Skills:6 years experience as QA testing web and mobile applicationsWork experience in multi-team environment, close collaboration with developers, UX designers and product managersStrong knowledge of Quality Assurance theory: principles, methodologies, and techniquesExperience working in a Scrum/Kanban development processAnalytical mindset, ability to solve complex logical puzzlesFocus on preventing bugs with shift left mindsetHands-on experience with automated testing frameworks as Cypress, Selenium or similarKnowledge of programming (JavaScript, etc.) and SQLAPI testing experience (Postman, Soap)Good communication skills in EnglishNice to have:ISTQB certification or equivalentEducation: Any GraduateIndustry: Software Services, IT-Software
