Designation: Associate - Claims
Experience: 0-1 years
Location: Pune
Shift Time: Night Shift
Skill Required: Excellent communication skill, Insurance Knowledge, Word, Excel and Outlook

GCSE Level or equivalent
Intermediate PC skills, Word, Excel and Outlook
Self-motivated individual, Positive and pro-active manner, Team player, Positive professional attitude, willingness to learn.
The Sales & Service team handle calls from new and existing customers. They would also be servicing all these product lines (endorsements (policy changes), renewal payments, sending documentation, confirming policy coverage, etc.).
The team are also trained to handle Web-chat where they answer customer queries via chat service. The team members are either on calls or on web-chat at one time.
