Hiring for Assistant Manager - Training

Job Description

Job Profile- On-boarding: Design effective assessment to evaluate and recruit trainers & trainees Create onboarding plan in coordination with the client and all relevant support functions Training delivery excellence: Inculcating and sensitizing organizational culture and values Evaluate new trainers & trainees in alignment with the process goals and KPI's Build quarterly and annual training program/report in coordination with clients Present all the technical requirements and supplies for training purposes Track employee success and progress via training i.e. life-cycle Documentation: Prepare and deliver training courses along with videos, quizzes, audio, visual management, flyers, etc Maintaining intranet with regular updates for easy reference Prepare and present reports on training program KPI's Change management: Creating SOP's, Checklist, Training modules, knowledge base Modification to the current process Execution and implementation of new change (Process level across shifts) Org level training: Organizational training & mentorship such as communication training, leadership training, etc Ensuring new joiners are aligned with ISO standards About Atidiv Atidiv uses Data science and process outsourcing to help internet businesses run better.
