Job Description

    You are Wits Innovation Lab, and you are in search of a highly skilled Business Analyst proficient in DuckCreeks Distribution Management System (DMS). The ideal candidate for this role must possess a deep understanding of the insurance industry domain. You will be responsible for collaborating with onshore teams and stakeholders to develop document-driven insurance solutions.Your main responsibilities will include acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to DuckCreek DMS. You will work closely with developers, QA teams, and product owners to ensure that DMS configuration meets business requirements. Additionally, you will facilitate requirement workshops, user story grooming sessions, and DMS document mapping exercises.Your role will also involve assisting in UAT planning and execution, including defect tracking and resolution. You will be expected to create various documentation such as BRDs, FSDs, process flows, and user guides. Operating within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks, you will participate in daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies while effectively communicating with onshore stakeholders across different time zones.To be successful in this position, you must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with DuckCreek DMS. A strong understanding of P&C insurance products and processes is essential, along with proven experience in offshore delivery models. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence is preferred. The ability to interpret XML templates and understand document generation logic would be a plus.Preferred qualifications include prior experience working with US-based insurance clients, a basic understanding of other DuckCreek modules (e.g., Policy, Billing, Claims), and certification in Business Analysis or Agile frameworks (e.g., CBAP, CSM).,
