Job Description

    As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions. Your primary tasks will include preparing all dishes according to the correct recipe and quantity, and ensuring that all orders are prepared in a timely manner. It will be crucial for you to guarantee that all dishes reach the hot plate or pass correctly garnished, with the correct portion and size, and presented on the prescribed service dish in the specified manner. Demonstrating teamwork is essential in this role, as you will need to cooperate and assist your co-workers whenever necessary. Additionally, you will be expected to take proper care of equipment and utensils to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Any anticipated shortages should be promptly communicated to the Sous chef or head chef. Attending training courses and seminars as required will also be part of your responsibilities.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and Provident Fund. The schedule may include day shifts and night shifts, with the possibility of a performance bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of related work experience.
