Job Description

    As a Customer Care Executive at our company in Mohali, you will be responsible for handling both International and Domestic processes. You will be interacting with clients through voice calls and chat, resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, maintaining accurate records in the database system will be a key part of your role.We are looking for candidates who have completed at least 12th grade or hold a graduate degree. The age requirement for this position is between 18 to 35 years. The job offers both night and day shifts with 5 to 6 working days per week. As part of the benefits, we provide cab facilities for employees.Ideal candidates for this position include those with a background in Customer Care, Customer Support, Voice Process, or have strong English communication skills, including freshers who are looking to start their career in this field.
