Job Description

    As a Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in Meta Ads and Google Ads, you will play a crucial role in leading performance campaigns for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce brand. Located in Mohali Phase 8B, with at least 4 years of experience in ads within the e-commerce industry, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will also oversee a small marketing team, guiding them to deliver high-ROI campaigns and focusing on driving customer acquisition and retention for D2C sales channels. Your primary responsibilities will include building, monitoring, and scaling campaigns that prioritize sales conversion, analyzing data and performance metrics to make ROI-driven decisions, as well as collaborating closely with product and creative teams to ensure campaign success. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 4 years of digital marketing experience with a proven track record in team management, particularly within E-Commerce and D2C brands. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Shopping Ads, Remarketing, and Performance Max campaigns is essential, along with a solid understanding of marketing funnels, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and customer journeys. Furthermore, you should have excellent analytical skills, proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools, and a strong focus on sales conversion campaigns.
