Job Description

    You should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in freight brokerage or BPO voice International sales for the position based in Mohali for the US Logistics process.As a Freight Broker, you will play a crucial role in our team by utilizing your experience in negotiating freight rates, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries. Your responsibilities will include identifying and securing new clients, negotiating rates with carriers and shippers, tracking shipments, monitoring market trends, handling documentation and compliance, resolving transportation issues, and maintaining accurate records.To excel in this role, you must have a strong background in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation, excellent negotiation and communication skills, familiarity with freight management software, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of freight regulations and industry best practices.This is a full-time position located in Mohali with a good salary hike, huge incentives, 5 days working schedule, free cab service, and no capping. The job also offers benefits such as leave encashment, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
