Job Description

    As a MERN Stack Developer at our organization, you will play a crucial role in our engineering team by contributing to the development of our cutting-edge software solutions. Your primary responsibility will involve learning our existing systems and components swiftly and participating in their expansion to support the growth of our business.Your main duties and responsibilities will include demonstrating proficiency in coding, designing, testing, and maintaining software applications. You will be actively involved in the hands-on development and upkeep of software components, conducting code and design reviews, and employing a test-driven development approach to ensure the delivery of high-quality code.Effective communication is key in this role, encompassing clear and concise emails and Slack notifications, proactive status updates, structured arguments based on facts, and fostering collaboration within the team.Your critical thinking skills will be put to use as you strike a balance between short-term requirements and long-term objectives, anticipate potential issues, and identify necessary project requirements. Initiative is highly valued, and you are expected to exhibit a proactive and ownership-driven approach towards your tasks, ensuring their completion with thoroughness.From a technical standpoint, you must possess expertise in ES6 (EcmaScript 6), JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Express, and either MySQL or MongoDB. Additionally, familiarity with GraphQL, Serverless, Microservices Architecture, and primary AWS services is desirable. Knowledge of GraphQL and experience with Linters, Webpack, Grunt, and Gulp are considered advantageous.The ideal candidate profile we are looking for includes adherence to coding standards and best practices, a strong grasp of JavaScript fundamentals and Object-Oriented Design principles, proficient problem-solving abilities, a readiness to tackle challenges and solve complex issues, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.To qualify for this role, you should hold a B.Tech or MCA degree in Computer Science or a related field and possess 0.6 months to 1 year of experience in a functional or technical capacity, with a focus on Web Development. Demonstrating knowledge in your technical specialization area will be an added advantage.,
