Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Level 2 NOC Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex network and infrastructure issues that are escalated from Level 1 support. Your focus will be on deep technical analysis, root cause identification, and collaboration with engineering teams and vendors to resolve persistent or high-impact incidents. This position does not involve routine monitoring or first-response duties.Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, server platforms, and enterprise Wi-Fi.- Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex network and infrastructure issues.- Collaborate with engineering teams and vendors to resolve persistent or high-impact incidents.- Utilize diagnostic tools effectively.- Explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Qualifications Required:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a NOC or network support environment.- Strong experience in troubleshooting network devices like routers, switches, firewalls, server platforms, and enterprise Wi-Fi.- Experience in MikroTik is a must.- Proficiency with diagnostic tools.- Solid understanding of Cambium and knowledge of Ruckus.- Excellent analytical and communication skills.,
