Job Description

    As a Sr. Manager of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) in the medical billing sector of US Healthcare, your role will involve leading and optimizing the end-to-end RCM function for office and international markets. Your main responsibilities will include:- Leading and managing the Accounts Receivable function in multiple regions, with direct oversight of Country AR People Leaders.- Reviewing and enhancing existing RCM policies, procedures, and controls to ensure consistency and compliance across regions.- Developing collection strategies to reduce DSO, improve cash flow, and minimize bad debt.- Ensuring timely and accurate credit assessments, collections, portal submissions, and dispute resolution.- Utilizing ERP systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics F&O, NetSuite) to automate and standardize AR processes.- Creating comprehensive RCM performance reports, including dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis for executive leadership.- Collaborating with sales, operations, and customer service teams to support revenue goals and address RCM issues.- Driving continuous improvement initiatives, such as system enhancements, training programs, and cross-functional collaboration.- Managing audit requirements related to RCM and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and other frameworks.- Providing support and guidance to multilingual AR teams.Qualifications required for this role include:- 5-6 years of progressive RCM experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role managing geographically dispersed teams.- Proven success in overseeing end-to-end RCM operations.- Strong experience with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics F&O.- Hands-on experience in implementing or managing RCM automation tools.- Advanced Power BI skills for building and interpreting executive-level reporting dashboards.- Deep understanding of credit and collections strategies, cash applications, and AR performance metrics.- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills for managing cross-cultural teams and stakeholders.This is a full-time, permanent role with a preferred experience of 6 years in RCM. Fluency in English is preferred, and the work location is in person at Mohali, Punjab. Night shift availability is also preferred for this position.,
