Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Regional Logistics Manager at Copeland, you will be responsible for managing transportation and logistics services in the Asia Pacific, India, and Middle East regions. Your main duties will include executing the Copeland Global Logistics strategy, developing regional ground strategies, and managing regional customs brokerage strategies. You will collaborate with business units supply chain, sales & operations leaders to implement strategic initiatives that improve cost, on-time delivery, and reliability. Additionally, you will work with Asia Pacific, India, and Middle East Copeland business unit operations, Copelands Logistics Operations Team, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.Key Responsibilities:- Implement global transportation strategy using Copelands global transportation management system- Communicate and train local operations on Global Logistics Data Standards & Processes- Develop and execute the Annual Operating Logistics Plan- Lead efficiency projects to deliver net productivity improvements- Develop and implement Regional Ground & Customs Brokerage strategy- Own regional ground competitive tension planning & execution- Serve as the point of escalation for ongoing logistics provider issues- Conduct logistics training, education & development- Lead Regional Operational Reviews for continuous improvement- Work closely with business unit Operations Leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain performance- Oversee or execute data analytics for continuous operational improvementQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in business, transportation, supply chain, or related field, or equivalent experience- Minimum of 7 years of experience in logistics or transportation management- Ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships with global and regional logistics providers- Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally (30% travel required)- Fluent in EnglishCompany Details:Copeland is a global climate technologies company focused on sustainability.
