Job Description

    The ideal candidate for the position of Business Development Manager/Executive for PCD will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. With a consultative approach to selling, you will leverage your expertise to identify and qualify leads, resulting in sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.Your responsibilities will include meeting and exceeding sales targets, generating business from new and existing customer accounts, managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives, and building long-term relationships with customers.Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 4 years of sales experience in PCD, although freshers are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in CRM systems, a proven track record of exceeding quotas, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to coordinate with leading PCD companies are essential. Additionally, fluency in English and Hindi, along with computer skills such as email, Microsoft Office, and internet research, are required. Experience with uploading products on social media platforms and B2B business portals like India Mart and Trade India to generate new business is advantageous.This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, paid time off, and a performance bonus. The work schedule includes morning shifts and weekend availability.
