Job Description

    You will be responsible for analyzing the business requirements of the organization and developing solutions to enhance business processes and systems. Your role will involve conducting market research and research analysis to provide support for decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and project management, will be essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. It will be crucial for you to communicate your findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and technical teams. Additionally, you will need to develop business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and other relevant deliverables as necessary.To excel in this role, you must develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organizations products, services, and business operations. You will also participate in the implementation and testing of solutions to confirm their alignment with business requirements. Continuous evaluation and improvement of business processes and systems will be part of your responsibilities. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent written and verbal communication, will play a key role in your success as a Business Analyst.Relevant experience of 1 to 4 years as a Business Analyst, demonstrating proficiency in business analysis principles and practices, is required for this position. You should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to dissect complex problems and propose effective solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for documenting requirements, presenting findings, and collaborating with diverse teams. Your work ethic should reflect the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, showcasing proactive engagement and ownership of tasks.The role necessitates working from the office on a full-time basis, with a standard working schedule of 5 days a week from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
