Job Description

    Orbit & Skyline India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Senior Equipment Engineer - CMP to join their team. As a part of the equipment team, you will be responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of CMP applied Mirra Messa tool. You will collaborate with vendors globally to provide efficient solutions to customers and contribute to the growth of the semiconductor industry in India.Key Responsibilities:- Possess 6 to 10 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting CMP applied Mirra Messa tool.- Demonstrate expertise in corrective and preventive maintenance of 200/300mm Applied Materials Mirra Messa tool.- Hands-on experience in Titan head rebuild and consumable replacement.- Capable of independently performing UPA and robot calibration procedures.- Responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance of CMP equipments.- Manage PM planning, consumable procurement, and parts management.- Troubleshoot and maintain the slurry delivery system effectively.- Conduct complex troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolve tool issues efficiently.- Knowledge in CMP process is advantageous.- Familiarity with brooks/rorze SMIFs and wafer sorter is a plus.Qualification Required:- 6 to 10 years of experience in semiconductor wafer FAB equipment maintenance is mandatory.- Degree/Diploma in engineering with relevant experience.- Positive attitude and a strong team player.- Understanding of sensors, actuators, and pneumatics.- Willingness to work in rotating shifts.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Orbit & Skyline is a team of passionate individuals dedicated to making a mark in the semiconductor industry.
