Job Description

We believe in the power of technology to revolutionize businesses and streamline processes.As a Software Tester at PSQUARE COMPANY, you will be responsible for developing, documenting, and executing detailed test plans, test cases, test scenarios, and bug tracking documents. Your role will involve performing functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, as well as identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies. You will collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide testing feedback, participating in requirement and design review meetings. Ensuring that applications meet business and technical requirements, preparing and maintaining test data and results documentation, analyzing test results to provide actionable insights for product quality improvement, supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and employing best testing techniques for the software.Qualifications for this position include a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with proven work experience as a QA Tester specializing in manual testing. Knowledge in automation testing is a plus, and strong familiarity with software QA methodologies, tools, and agile processes is required. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.The schedule for this full-time position is a day shift from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, located in 7 phase, Mohali. Candidates must be willing to commute to Mohali, Punjab, or relocate before starting work.
