Job Description

    You are required for a role that involves working in an internationally dynamic, fast-paced environment dealing with Australian customers and insurance companies. Strong English communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills are essential. Developed PC and customer service skills will contribute to your success in this position. Preference will be given to candidates who have lived or worked in Australia, New Zealand, or Overseas.**Key Responsibilities:**- Communicate via phone and emails with insurance companies and clients in Australia- Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as required by the management**Qualifications Required:**- Minimum Qualification Graduate / Post Graduate- Minimum 3 to 6 years of work experience in BPO, International Call Centre would be an advantage- IELTS Exam scores would be a plus- Knowledge of MS Office and Google SuiteThe company offers a competitive salary which is negotiable for the right and deserving candidate. You will also be eligible for a performance-based bonus. The working hours vary based on the season, with timings during summers from Monday to Friday 4:30 AM to 01:30 PM IST and during winters from Monday to Friday 3:30 AM to 12:30 PM IST. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including Provident Fund.If you are reliable in commuting or planning to relocate to Mohali, Punjab, before starting work, this role could be suitable for you. The company values individuals with a total work experience of 2 years (Preferred) and proficiency in English (Required).Note: Rotational shift schedule is applicable for this position.,
