Job Description

    As a Trainee System Administrator/IT Executive at our company located in Mohali, you will be responsible for managing and supporting operating systems along with basic networking tasks. Your role will involve hands-on experience in system setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Key Responsibilities:- Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Window server operating systems- Monitor system performance, ensuring availability and reliability- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues- Perform regular backups and system upgrades- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights- Maintain documentation and IT inventoryQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in IT or related field- 0-6 months of experience as a System Administrator or similar role- Good knowledge of Windows OS and Window Server- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsIn addition to the technical responsibilities, you will undergo a Career Path & Compensation program. During the Training Period (First 2 Months), you will receive hands-on training in system installation, configuration, and maintenance with a stipend of INR 6,000/month. Following successful completion, you may be offered a full-time role as Junior System Administrator/IT Executive with a salary structure based on performance.Please note that an agreement period of 15 months will apply from the 1st day of training, ensuring mutual commitment to your growth. Local candidates are preferred for this position. The job requires you to work in person at the Mohali location in Punjab.Benefits offered include health insurance, paid sick time, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
