The Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day banquet operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, managing staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of service and quality in the food and beverage department.Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Strong Communication skills Experience in Food & Beverage management Ability to work well under pressure Detail-oriented and organized Previous experience as a Banquet Manager is a must Degree in Hospitality Management or related fieldJob Descriptions Plan the A-Z of the layout and set up of an event. Assign roles and duties to the staff, including the assistant banquet manager, and ensure that the event goes as per the plan. Oversee dcor, layouts, placements, and factors that add to the look and feel of the venue. Take care of the special requests and queries that come from the guests.
