Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the organization.Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, especially FCRA regulations.Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement.Collaborate with auditors and oversee the annual financial audit process.Prepare financial statements in time.Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings.Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.(BRS)Ensure timely bank payments.Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.Assist in grant management, including budget preparation and reporting.Handle banking and treasury functions, including reconciliations and cash management.Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.Continuously assess and improve internal controls.Qualifications and experiences:Bachelors degree in Commerce. Finance, or related field; a Masters degree is a plus.A minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Proficiency in Tally ERP 9.2 or accounting software and advanced knowledge of MS Excel.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations especially FCRA regulations.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.Opportunities for professional development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.The chance to contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives.Salary: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience.
