Accounts & Finance Manager

Job Description

You will be responsible for managing the total accounts of a Real Estate Company and Super Market. This includes filing GST as per rules & regulations, analyzing all financial transactions to maintain profitability, handling all transactions of the Supermarket, and ensuring compliance with TDS and other statutory financial regulations. You will also be in charge of coordinating with banks, maintaining healthy banking relations, reconciling bank statements, and managing day-to-day transactions including taxation. Additionally, you will coordinate with CA Associates for Balance Sheet and Audit, handle RERA Quarterly and Yearly filings, and maintain documentation of all financial transactions. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining healthy vendor and supplier relationships and managing their accounts.Key Responsibilities:- Manage total accounts of Real Estate Company and Super Market- File GST as per rules & regulations- Analyze all financial transactions and maintain profitability- Handle all transactions of Supermarket and maintain relevant accounts- Ensure compliance with TDS and other statutory financial regulations- Coordinate with all banks and maintain healthy banking relations- Reconcile all bank statements and day-to-day transactions including taxation- Coordinate with CA Associates for Balance Sheet and Audit- Handle RERA Quarterly and Yearly filings and coordinate with CA Associates- Maintain documentation of each financial transaction- Manage healthy vendor and supplier relationships and their accountsQualifications Required:- Minimum 5 years of experience- Preferably CA Inter pass or M.COM- Age Limit: 30-45 yearsIn addition to the above responsibilities, you may enjoy benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
