Job Description

    As a Back Office Executive, your role involves handling administrative tasks, data management, and coordinating with other departments. Your strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills will be key to success in this position.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain data entry and records in company databases.- Handle documentation, filing, and report generation.- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.- Respond to emails, calls, and internal inquiries.- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in any field.- 1-3 years of experience in a back-office or administrative role.- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Good communication and organizational skills.- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience in finance, HR, or operations will be an advantage.- Knowledge of ERP or CRM software is a plus.In this office-based role with standard working hours, you will have occasional interaction with other teams and stakeholders. The benefits include cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and provident fund.
