The ideal candidate will bring expertise in customer relationship management, project management, and strategic analysis. This role will involve working closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement, foster long-term relationships, and drive business growth. A background in the renewable energy sector is an added advantage.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective CRM strategies to improve customer retention and drive sales growth. Analyze customer data to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business expansion. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns aimed at improving customer satisfaction. Manage customer accounts, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to inquiries and concerns. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, sales performance, and key customer metrics. Provide regular reports on CRM activities and customer insights, offering actionable recommendations for business improvements. Lead CRM projects, ensuring timely execution and meeting project goals.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in Customer Relationship Management, ideally in the renewable energy sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize customer data effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong sales skills and a customer-focused approach. Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools. Strong multitasking abilities and keen attention to detail.Preferred Skills: Experience in project management and overseeing CRM-related projects.
