Job Description

    As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will be responsible for the efficient management of all dispatch activities on a daily basis. Your key responsibilities will include:- Coordinating and managing all dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.- Preparing and verifying dispatch documents such as invoices, challans, and delivery notes.- Maintaining proper records of all dispatched and pending orders.- Tracking vehicle movement and ensuring on-time delivery.- Handling third-party transporters and negotiating freight rates if required.- Monitoring stock levels and updating dispatch status in the ERP/system.- Managing loading/unloading and packaging as per company standards.- Resolving issues related to shipment delays, damages, or shortages.To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:- Strong coordination and communication skills.- Knowledge of dispatch procedures, documentation, and logistics.- Basic knowledge of ERP or inventory management software.- Good command of MS Excel and data entry.- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.Qualifications required for this position include:- Graduate in any discipline, preferably in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.Please note that this is a full-time position with the following benefit:- Cell phone reimbursementIf you meet the qualifications and have at least 5 years of experience in Order Dispatch management, Stock & Inventory Control, Billing and documentation, and working in a manufacturing unit, we encourage you to apply for this role.
