Job Description

    As an HR Manager in a real estate company, your role involves overseeing all aspects of human capital. This includes developing HR policies, managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, administering benefits, resolving employee relations issues, and fostering a positive work environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing HR metrics to support strategic business decisions and maintaining strong relationships between management and employees.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic HR Planning: - Align HR strategies and initiatives with the companys overall business goals and objectives.- Talent Acquisition & Management: - Manage the recruitment, interviewing, and hiring process, including job posting and background checks.- Onboarding & Offboarding: - Oversee the administrative processes for new and departing employees, including documentation and orientations.- Training & Development: - Design and implement programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and career growth.- Performance Management: - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system to drive high performance among staff.- Employee Relations: - Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions to maintain a productive and positive work environment.- Compensation & Benefits: - Administer employee benefits programs and ensure their effective administration and compliance with regulations.- Policy & Compliance: - Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.- HR Metrics & Reporting: - Analyze HR data and metrics to inform HR decisions and provide support to management on strategic issues.- Employee Engagement: - Develop and implement initiatives to foster a supportive, inclusive, and engaged workforce.Essential Skills and Qualifications:- Education: - A Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.- Experience: - Proven 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management, ideally in a similar or the real estate industry.- Legal Knowledge: - In-depth knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and HR best practices.- Leadership & Communication: - Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to effectively manage diverse stakeholders.- Technical Proficiency: - Proficiency with HR management systems and databases.- People-Oriented & Results-Driven: - A balance of strong interpersonal skills and a results-focused approach to achieve HR goals.Preference - Only MaleExperience - 3 to 5 years.For more detail contact on - hidden_mobileJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person As an HR Manager in a real estate company, your role involves overseeing all aspects of human capital.
