Job Description

    As a Performance Marketer at the company, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue by effectively managing ad spend. Your primary focus will be on optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to ensure maximum return on investment. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing lead-generation funnels for both B2B and B2C clients.- Collaborate closely with the content and design team to ensure messaging and creatives align with campaign goals.- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions for success in this role.To excel in this position, you should have:- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in an agency setting.- Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads, along with a clear understanding of business models and ROI-based thinking.- Experience working with both B2B and B2C clients and the ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
