Job Description

As a Project Sales Officer at our Raipur location, you will be responsible for handling private projects and driving project-based sales. Your role will be crucial in building and maintaining strong relationships with builders, contractors, and site engineers while ensuring client satisfaction through timely deliveries and technical support.Key Responsibilities:- Handle sales for private projects such as residential, commercial, and institutional buildings.- Conduct regular site visits to monitor and manage project requirements effectively.- Establish and nurture relationships with builders, contractors, and site engineers.- Generate new leads and convert them into successful project deals.- Coordinate with internal teams for on-time deliveries and provide necessary technical support.- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our offerings and ensure client satisfaction.Requirements:- Proven experience in project sales, preferably in paints, construction, or building materials.- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project sites efficiently.- Own vehicle preferred for site visits.- Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred but not mandatory).In addition to a competitive salary ranging from 25,000 to 40,000 per month based on your experience and skills, we offer benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, flexible schedule, internet reimbursement, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
