Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Sales Consultant at Shubh Honda in Sarona, Raipur, your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional customer experiences, understand client needs, and meet sales targets for Honda cars. Your role will involve utilizing product knowledge, managing client relationships, and overseeing showroom operations to drive revenue growth effectively.Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom in a professional and courteous manner.- Identify customer needs and provide recommendations on suitable Honda car models.- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential buyers.- Follow up with both prospective and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and organize showroom events.- Stay informed about Honda products, features, pricing, and industry trends.- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and meets company standards.Qualification Required:- Graduate degree required; MBA in Marketing is a plus.- Demonstrated experience in automobile sales, preferably 2 years.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Customer-centric mindset with a genuine passion for cars.- Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented work environment.- Proficiency in CRM tools would be advantageous.Additional Details:Shubh Honda offers competitive salary with incentives, professional development opportunities, a supportive work environment, and the chance to advance your career with a leading automobile brand.
