Job Description

    As the Overseas Education Sales Team Leader, your role is crucial in driving student recruitment and enrollment for international universities, colleges, and educational institutions. You will be leading a team of counselors or sales executives, setting sales strategies, maintaining partner relationships, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the student journey.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Team Leadership & Management**- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives or education counselors.- Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and training.- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.- **Sales & Business Development**- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve student recruitment and revenue goals.- Identify new markets, partnerships, and recruitment opportunities for overseas education.- Manage leads, inquiries, and conversions through CRM systems.- **Client & Partner Relationship Management**- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions.- Liaise with universities and education providers to stay updated on programs, admissions, and scholarships.- Represent the organization at education fairs, seminars, and events.- **Operations & Reporting**- Track and report team performance metrics (inquiries, applications, conversions, enrollments).- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical sales practices, and visa/admission guidelines.- Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to management.- **Training & Development**- Keep the team updated on the latest study destinations, visa processes, and educational trends.- Conduct product training sessions and sales workshops.In addition to the above responsibilities, you will also be responsible for ensuring the teams adherence to company policies and ethical sales practices while providing regular market insights and competitor analysis to the management.This job is full-time and offers benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and life insurance. The work location is in person.
