Job Description

    As a Team Leader Field Sales at Ceasefire, your role will involve overseeing and driving field sales activities. You will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, planning and executing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and developing strong relationships with clients. Your day-to-day activities will include field visits to various locations to engage with clients and promote Ceasefires wide range of lifesaving products including detection, security, suppression systems, and green solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a team of sales executives- Plan and execute sales strategies- Meet sales targets- Develop strong relationships with clients- Conduct field visits to engage with clients and promote productsQualifications:- Strong leadership and team management skills- Excellent sales and negotiation skills- Ability to create and execute sales strategies- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Experience in the fire and safety industry is a plus- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field- Willingness to travel extensivelyCeasefire is a rapidly growing and globally trusted fire and safety brand that prides itself on the frequency of its impact, with a product sold every 61 seconds and a life saved every 5 minutes.
