Job for Security Guard in RajkotA Reputed Educational Sector Requires Security GuardKey Responsibilities:

Monitor school entrances and exits to control access and verify visitor authorization.
Patrol school grounds, buildings, hallways, and parking areas to maintain safety and order.
Prevent unauthorized individuals from entering school property.
Supervise arrival and dismissal times to ensure smooth and secure transitions.
Respond to emergencies such as fights, intrusions, accidents, or medical incidents.
Collaborate with school staff, administrators, and law enforcement when needed.
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems (if applicable).
Deter vandalism, theft, bullying, and other disruptive behaviors.
Report suspicious activity and safety hazards promptly.
Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or school safety is preferred.
Valid security guard license/certification (as required by local/state laws).
Strong observation and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with students.
Ability to walk and stand for long periods and work both indoors and outdoors.
Background check and fingerprint clearance (as required for school employment).
