Job Description

    As a Sales Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and achieving targets. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry. Your qualifications and experience will be essential in contributing to our success.**Key Responsibilities:**- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and site visits- Maintain and grow relationships with contractors, builders, architects, and dealers- Conduct product presentations and negotiations with clients- Monitor market trends and competitor activities- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts- Ensure timely collections and coordinate with the accounts department- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale**Qualifications Required:**- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field- Existing network of contacts in the construction or real estate industry- 1 to 3 years of experience in the building materials sector- Strong knowledge of the local construction and infrastructure market- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel extensivelyYou will be working in a full-time capacity with day shifts, and performance and yearly bonuses are part of the package.
