The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling data management, processing documents, supporting customer service teams, and assisting in smooth day-to-day office operations.---Key Responsibilities:* Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation with high accuracy.* Perform data entry and verify the accuracy of data received.* Manage inventory of office supplies and assist with procurement.* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.* Handle internal communications and support other departments as needed.* Support in basic accounting and billing tasks (invoicing, receipts, etc.).* Coordinate with front office and other departments for operational tasks.* Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.* Perform general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and scheduling.---Requirements* Proven experience as a Back Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).* Strong typing and data entry skills.* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.* Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.---Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with office management proceduresExperience with data management software or ERP systWorking Conditions:* Office-based role with standard working hours..
