• Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8 years work experience in program management, process management, process improvementOR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 10 years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 8 years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• 8 years of supplier or customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in use of process improvement methodology (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC - Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control).
• Experience in successfully working with both technical and business subject matter experts across multiple organizational levels.
• Proven ability to define customer-focused scenarios, author business cases and track value realization, and drive keen insights and identify opportunities to develop solutions.
• Previous experience in data analytics/modeling and datacenter infrastructure management.
• Creative problem-solving & analytical skills to drive keen insights and understand root causes combined with a sense of urgency to develop solutions.
• Experience in delivering strategy and transformational programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior-level cross-functional teams.

Business Program Management IC6The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $129,200 - $273,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $162,000 - $299,400 per year.Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. • Work with team leaders on key programs and strategic initiatives to develop clarity on engagement scope and deliverables.
• Establish a results-oriented, metrics-driven programmatic approach to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Establish a scalable engagement framework that provides visibility and ensures success for CO Is active strategic engagement portfolio. Refine methodology, tools, and templates for continuous improvement.
• Act as a subject matter expert, driving assessments in collaboration with other teams, conducting competitive analyses, and examining customer and technology-related industry trends, as well as industry-specific requirements/regulations and opportunities.
• Define best practices for business cases that drive long-term, integrated, cross-business solutions and roadmaps that improve business performance and mitigate risk, while driving innovation and collaboration with key suppliers to enable growth and scale.
• Determine and lead large-scale process improvements to quickly scope insights. Ensure alignment between the customer, the market, internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and the goals and strategy of Microsoft.
• Drive simplification and automation to evolve processes, services, and solutions, to increase agility and efficiencies and lower costs.
• Partner with the engineering team to contribute, prioritize, and deliver on the multi-year roadmap for program tooling.
• Lead the tracking, coordination, and communication of end-to-end project schedules and plans. Establish and monitor processes, while driving accountability with stakeholders to follow the established schedule and processes.
