: Executive Business Partner, Consumer Apps MarketingLocation: San Francisco, CA, USAExperience Level: MidOverview:Experience driving progress, solving problems, and mentoring more junior team members; deeper expertise and applied knowledge within relevant area.Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 8 years of administrative experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment, and managing small-scale projects and events from pre-planning to execution.
  • Experience supporting leaders with complex global organizations.
  • Experience serving as a project lead from conception to completion.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and leverage multiple perspectives.

  • Provide proactive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing complex calendars, coordinating international and domestic travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
  • Plan, manage, and execute business-critical internal and external meetings (virtual and in person), including executive staff meetings, Town Halls, etc., assisting with content development and conducting corresponding follow-ups on action items.
  • Lead the E/ABP community and empower the group with the necessary resources, information, and leadership needed to make them successful.
  • Cultivate team culture by actively engaging with the teams daily environment and dynamics, and by developing and implementing initiatives and events to strengthen and shape it.
  • Drive the successful delivery of projects from initiation to completion, addressing risks and obstacles. Operate autonomously and establish structure, identifying problems and effectively implementing solutions.
