We do this by intimately understanding the market, our customers, and the perspectives of our key stakeholders and synthesizing that into a product that is effective, efficient, and easy to use.In this role, you will be a part of the Rippling Global Payroll product. Ripplings payroll product is responsible for moving billions of dollars and making payments to millions of workers each week, and is a cornerstone of Ripplings platform. You will ensure that 10,000 customers have an amazing payroll experience, and build capabilities that unlock the next set of customers for Rippling. As part of the Run Management youll work closely with engineers, designers, support teams and compliance experts across the company making sure data is synched across the Rippling platform, that the payroll run UX is world class and building net new features to support new client use cases.What you will do
