Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @Rippling.com addresses.About The RoleThe UI Platform team develops a set of modular components and frameworks that are used by all Rippling products in web and mobile clients. This provides a consistent, exceptional experience to Rippling customers while allowing Rippling product teams to leverage existing components rather than building from scratch.Additionally, you will be responsible for the core Rippling experience; from the homepage that users see when they log in to Rippling on web & mobile to how they navigate to different parts of the product. You will ensure that Rippling users admins, managers, and employees see value quickly from Rippling.What Youll Do:

You will own a suite of Rippling platform products that meet the evolving needs of Rippling applications and the customers they serve.
You will uncover product opportunities for our platform to deliver exceptional value to its applications.
Youll be eager to roll up your sleeves and dig into the technical details while obsessing over a simple, intuitive customer experience.
Youll work cross-functionally with virtually every team across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing functions to design an extensible system that can meet the evolving needs of Rippling product teams and our customers.

Qualifications:

8 years of Product Management experience.
Experience working on platform features that are used by other products/developers.
Obsessed with providing an elegant user experience with attention to detail and bias toward simplicity.
Strong ability to motivate others and drive cross-team execution.
