These teams enable Rippling to scale seamlessly across HR, IT, and Finance, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of mission-critical workflows like employee onboarding and payroll processing.In this role, youll drive the technical strategy and execution for building highly available, scalable, and cost-optimized infrastructure. Youll work with cutting-edge technologies, including AWS EKS, Python, Datadog, Buildkite, and Terraform, to build and maintain a resilient platform. Beyond technical leadership, youll play a pivotal role in hiring, mentoring, and developing senior engineers, fostering a high-performance culture.
