  • 4 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with investigative, problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to management (including SQL).
  • Experience in driving cross-functional projects and alignments in large organizations.
  • Experience working in technology companies.
  • Ability to develop, understand, and execute business strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analysis skills, with strong business judgment.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.   • Lead/support development of strategy for key Ads marketing functions, identify and execute strategic projects, from defining overall Ads Go-to-Market strategy to executing cross-functional marketing initiatives.
  • Serve as a key SandO (Strategy and Operations) partner to drive annual and quarterly planning, and support OKR tracking and rationale.
  • Collaborate across several Google Ads Marketing cross-functional partners and regional marketing teams to support business strategy and execution, with a focus on global initiatives.
  • Bring science and data to establish business priorities. Work with Research and Analytics and conduct data-driven analysis to support and make recommendations on investment.
  • Drive teams performance and identify opportunities to drive business growth and customer engagement. Improve operating efficiency and effectiveness by collaborating with process owners and applying a structured approach to key operational processes.
