Growing together.Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:

  • Outpatient Primary Care: 18 20 patients a day, on average with 15, 20, and 30-min visits
  • Ability to focus on a Family Medicine with Obstetrics population
  • Healthy newborn rounding in the hospital at Swedish First Hill
  • Large collegial group of Family Medicine physicians
  • Work-life balance with flexible shifts - Full-time is a 4-day work week
  • Advanced Practice Clinician (PA/NP) and Scribe support
  • Incredible location in the First Hill neighborhood with numerous medical specialties as well as Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, Lab, Imaging, and Pharmacy
  • Call is light and shared | Triage RN call

  • Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain
  • Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
  • BC/BE in Family Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Current BLS, ACLS certification prior to start date
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
