Job Description

Optum WA, (formerly The Everett Clinic & The Polyclinic) is seeking a Neurology Physician to join our team in either Everett or Seattle, WA. Our Neurology team is part of our larger multi-specialty group which has been known in the community for years. Providers have the ability to customize their practice to suit their needs.Practice Details

  • Board certified/eligible in Neurology at time of employment
  • Licensed in the state of WA by the time of employment
  • Unrestricted DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $350,000 $500,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
