What Youll Do:

Create job ads and publish them across multiple platforms (job boards, social media, schools/universities, etc.)
Create Social Media Content for recruitment
Research Social Media Trends for recruitment content
Help identify external recruitment sources (agencies, job boards)
Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify recruitment and tech trends
Support other administrative tasks
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates

What Were Looking For:

University agreement is necessary
Fluent in Englishanother language
Strong analytical and communication skills
Detail-oriented, creative
Passion for people, marketing, research, and communication
