Job Description

Position Overview:We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented candidates to join our team as Insurance Verification Associates. This role involves verifying dental insurance details and ensuring accurate information for seamless patient care.Key Responsibilities :

  • Communicating with Dental Insurance companies and Dental offices.
  • Inquiring about the Dental policy benefit information as well as outstanding claims.
  • Understanding the additional guidelines which might affect the coverage.
  • Obtaining the benefit information on required template.
Eligibility Criteria :
  • Education: Undergraduate / Graduate or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare or dental insurance (training will be provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in US Shift Timings.
  • Familiarity with CDT, ADA, HIPAA will be an added advantage.
